This floor plan offers a wonderful use of space throughout the open floor plan of the home. The 1288 Sq. Ft. has access to its basement from a full staircase inside the unit as well as from an exterior bulkhead. As with all units a full (conditioned space) basement with insulated walls, additional lighting, heat and air conditioning are included at no additional cost.

The 1310 Sq. Ft. floor plan offers a large kitchen pantry, larger second/guest bath, and a master bedroom closet twice the size of the one offered in the 1288 Sq. Ft. model, all for a modest price increase. As with all units a full (conditioned space) basement with insulated walls, additional lighting, heat and air conditioning are included at no additional cost.

This pricing is for any units for sale in Phase 2

(Phase 3 – Phase 3 lots are available to reserve but the estimated beginning of construction of phase 3 units will not begin until January 2021 or later, pricing will not be available for these units until a few months before construction begins.
