Stretch Code
Deerfield instituted the insulation “Stretch Code” several years ago. This building code requires anyone building a new structure in Town to increase the Energy Efficiency of the building to meet this code that exceeds the standard building code requirements. We are happy to say our condominiums exceed even the Stretch Code requirements and should offer reduced heating / air conditioning expenses.
