We are not “Hard Sales” people and understand those having interest may need to view the parcel more than once to get a “feel” for their new home and which location will work best for them. We also understand that some from the community are just interested in what is being built for various reasons and would like to take a peek. We are from the community and want everyone to embrace this development so bring family, friends, or come alone to take a look!
How to Purchase
The attached Reservation Form is a simplified document you can fill out on your own, or we are also happy to meet with you at our office at 67 Sugarloaf Street, in front of the project. At that time, we can give you an update to unit availability and help you fill out the paperwork. With your Reservation Form you will submit a fully refundable (for any reason) $1000 deposit which will hold your lot/unit choice. Your Reservation Form will be forwarded to our attorney who will create a Purchase and Sale Agreement. You and your attorney will have 20 days to review the Purchase and Sale Agreement and Condominium Documentation. Within those 20 days, if you choose to move forward with the purchase you will submit a 5% non-refundable deposit along with the signed Purchase and Sale Agreement to us through your attorney. If you choose not to move forward with a purchase you can notify us and we will immediately refund your initial $1000 deposit.
