22B | Rental Information
Alan and M.A. Swedlund, residents of 22A in the Condominiums, and who also own Condo 22B, occasionally are able to offer 22B as a rental unit for the purposes of occupancy by future owners who are in transition and awaiting for completion of their own Condo.
Terms
22B is rented as a furnished, one-bedroom condo, full bath, inclduing all kitchen and dining needs.
It is rented under a short-term lease that can be flexible as to departure date to accommodate your move to your own condo.
$1650/month including condo fees, and all utilities except cable and internet.
Includes option of storing lessee’s furniture in basement (by permission) at no extra charge. If the lessee prefers to substitute some of their own furniture in the living areas, they must store the provided furniture in the 22B basement, and return it to its origional location prior to final inspection.
The lease includes standard Lessee obligations, including refundable security deposit, first and last month’s rent, etc. It also includes a no pets and no smoking/vaping policy.
